venting.

I always come on here to vent so here goes.

I hate when people say what is meant to be will be. What does that even mean???? Seriously, people are where they are because of their actions, nothing more and nothing else.

For example, people that get pregnant unexpectedly say that they didn't plan for it, it just happened and its obviously meant to be.

Wrong. You didn't use birth control, therefore you got knocked up. Or you used crappy birth control and got knocked up. Thats why you got pregnant. God did not get you pregnant, you are not Virgin Mary.

Or there is this one girl I know who dropped a class because she was failing. She said, well I guess it just wasn't meant to be.

Wrong again. You failed because you didn't study. That's it. Nothing more and nothing less.

I wish people would just stop thinking there is just this big hand behind everything, where you get in life is because of what stops you made a long the way and the decisions you made.

What happened to old fashion cause and effect?

You dont study, you fail.

You cheat, you get caught.

You light a match, it starts a fire.

This is just common sense.
